"Leadership exists when people are no longer victims of circumstances
but participate in creating new circumstances."

-- P. Senge

For corporations and individuals that would like to master the collaborative model of leadership, the Institute provides:

Organizational Assessment, to identify the suite of seminars most relevant needs to improve innovation and creativity

        Indepth Organizational and Corporate Assessments
How collaborative is your organization? What barriers must be overcome to create an enviroment that maximizes the free-flowing of ideas? As the first step, we assess the climate of your organization by one-on-one interviews. After summarizing this data, we meet with corporate leaders and decision makers to prioritize the issues. With data in hand, an custom Executive Partnership Program is developed which may consist of, where needed, identifying and prioritizing corpoarte/organizational strategies using the ICL proprietary model, collaborative leadership seminars, corporate and individual one-on-one coaching and mentoring, and open spaces, small think tank sessions, for resolving issues.

Additional assessments are performed periodically to measure progress as your organization moves towards collaboration. With new data and analysis, the Executive Partnership Program is modified as issues are resolved and new priorities appear.
